"Assembly Member Wilmer Amina Carter has represented the District 62 with honor and style. She has been a steadfast voice of reason, morality and humanity in the fractious political debates of our time, said Dr. A. Mpgnani, executive director of Kweli Educational Enterprises. "She is a positive force in keeping the California Assembly focused on the needs of people while maintaining sensible fiscal discipline.
"In the coming Assembly session, Assembly Member Carter will represent us in a key leadership position as one of its most tenured members. We must send Wilmer Amina Carter back to the California Assembly with a resounding mandate." |
